The team worked well with our large group. Breakfast always had fresh and healthy options. The staff even stored our luggage while we waited for our flight. I found this so helpful. My room was larger than I expected. They gifted me chocolate for my birthday with a bed decoration.

My room was very humid. A strange smell came from the bathroom. I think the plumbing had a problem.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I said it was my birthday, they brought chocolates. They made a cute decoration on the bed for my arrival. The air conditioning worked great. It was perfect because there was a heatwave. They also stored our luggage while we waited for our flight.

It got really noisy. I could hear other rooms' conversations. It sounded like they was coming to our room.

Staff provided great assistance with directions. They helped me with storing my luggage after checkout. Check-in was fast, and the front desk was always available to answer questions. They are super friendly.

the location was fantastic. it was near the metro and a short walk to several attractions. the breakfast included varied, good food and coffee was available anytime, which i really liked.

the big metal pole in our room next to our bed was a slight inconvenience, as i bumped into it a few times.
